App Privacy Policy

Mobile Application (App) Supplement

This Supplement forms part of the Privacy Policy of Luminatech CO., LTD.
(泰耀科技股份有限公司) and describes how we handle personal data in our
mobile application, 【App official name】 (the "App"). In the event of any
conflict between this Supplement and the main Privacy Policy, this
Supplement prevails with respect to the App.

### 1. Scope

This Supplement applies to "【App official name】" as distributed by us on
Google Play. Our website, LINE Official Account and other services remain
governed by the main Privacy Policy.

### 2. Categories of Data Collected by the App

4. Device and technical data: device model, OS version, App version,
unique identifiers, crash and diagnostic logs
5. Usage data: feature interaction logs, session duration

The App does **not** collect national identification numbers, financial
account passwords, or full credit card numbers.

### 3. Specific Statement on Health Data

We recognise that health and physiological data constitute sensitive
personal data, and we undertake the following:

  • Such data is collected and used solely to provide the App's health

management, device operation and data analysis functions.

  • We do **not** use health data for advertising, marketing, or any

advertising-related purpose.

  • We do **not** sell health data or share it with third parties for

marketing purposes.

  • We do not use health data for credit assessment, insurance underwriting,

or employment decisions.

  • Health data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest on

our servers using 【encryption method】.

### 4. Permissions and Their Purposes

The App requests the following permissions only when providing the
corresponding feature. Declining a permission does not affect unrelated
functionality.

### 5. Health Connect

The App reads from and/or writes to Android Health Connect the following

Connect data policy. We **never** use such data for advertising or share
it with third parties for marketing purposes. You may revoke access at any
time in Health Connect settings; upon revocation the App will cease reading

### 7. Third-Party Sharing and Service Providers

These third parties may process data only within the scope of our
instructions and may not use it for any other purpose. The App integrates

You may at any time request access to, a copy of, correction or
supplementation of, cessation of collection, processing or use of, or
deletion of personal data collected through the App.

**How to delete your account and data (either route):**

which sensitive data is used, we will obtain your consent separately.
